Tỏi bóc vỏ. Bí đỏ gọt vỏ, bỏ ruột, rửa sạch rồi cắt khối vuông nhỏ. Cho bí đỏ, nước dùng chay, tỏi và gừng, muối tiêu vào nồi cơm điện. Bật công tắc nấu chín.

Sau khi bí chín, dùng máy xay cầm tay xay nhuyễn. Nếu không có máy xay cầm tay, bạn trút hỗn hợp vào máy xay sinh tố rồi xay như bình thường nhé. Xay xong, bạn trút hỗn hợp ra tô, cho nước cốt dừa vào trộn đều.
