Rourke got famous. Broke up with a real serious love. Developed some real serious anger issues. Started bare knuckled fighting. Boozing etc. Essentially fought underground until his face was disfigured. Eventually, he realized " oh shit, I am Mickey Rourke " and went to a plastic surgeon to unfuck his face. Which they did. He gots some work. It is all cool. But Plastic surgery ages weird. Best of luck to him. Finding the love of your life and having to live apart from them is its own hell.
