We stick with uncured bacon these days. This is a thick cut bacon best cooked in your oven at 400'F for 15-20 mins (a bit longer if you prefer crispy). Great smoked flavor with good chew as compared to the usual thin cut. If you are serving a big crowd, you'll need more than one package, plus you can cook ahead and do a quick reheat before serving.

This is the only bacon we get. I’m so happy we can get it from amazon now instead of making a special trip to Whole Foods (which is not our regular grocery store) and buying more than intended. I do miss being able to choose my own bacon but worth the occasional fatty choice for the convenience and savings of not being sucked into Whole Foods.
