Chuẩn bị tất cả nguyên liệu. Tách lấy lòng đỏ trứng gà. Đánh trứng với đường thật bông từ 2-3 phút.
Đun 500ml sữa tươi cho ấm và chú ý không để sữa sôi. Sau đó, đổ hai hỗn hợp này vào trộn đều tay.
Rồi đổ hỗn hợp đó, thêm 250ml kem sữa tươi, ít muối rồi đun, khuấy đều cho đến khi sánh lại.
Cho đá và 1 tô lớn, đặt lên trên là 1 chén nhỏ hơn rồi rây hỗn hợp vừa nấu xong vào chén đó. Tiếp theo cho 4 muỗng canh siro chanh mật ong vào cùng và khuấy đều.
Cuối cùng, cho hỗn hợp vào máy làm kem và trộn khoảng 25 phút là được. Cho vào khay và để đông trong tủ lạnh. Sau đó, múc ra cốc chén ngay thôi nào.
